MRIUtils v1.0 MATLAB toolbox for real-time MRI vocal tract analysis
A modular pipeline for processing rtMRI speech data, supporting pixel-wise standard deviation mapping, interactive ROI drawing, frame-by-frame articulator tracking via intensity-weighted centroids, and velopharyngeal aperture estimation. Synchronized MRI/audio visualization and video export are also provided.
AG501mat v1.0 MATLAB importer for Carstens AG501 EMA data
Converts .pos files from the Carstens AG501 electromagnetic articulograph to MATLAB .mat 3D arrays for further processing and analysis. Header information for data quality control is also optionally returned.
